Iowa Veterans Home
The Iowa Veterans Home provides a continuum of care to Iowa’s veterans and their spouses in an environment focusing on individualized services to enhance their quality of life. They are one of the largest state veterans homes in the nation.
Two levels of care are offered:
- Residential: Can care for own needs except for meals and minimal assistance with the daily living activities.
- Nursing: Requires ongoing nursing supervision and assistance with daily activity.
