School & Child Care Immunization Audits

We conduct assessments on all children attending licensed child care centers or elementary or secondary school in Jasper County to ensure attendees have received the required immunizations and have an appropriate Iowa Department of Public Health Certificate of Immunization, Certificate of Immunization Exemption, or Provisional Certificate of Immunization.

Local Public Health Agencies

Iowa Code, Local Public Health Agencies (LPHAs) conduct annual audits of immunization records for students enrolled in licensed childcare centers and public, private, and parochial students in kindergarten through 12th grade.

The school audits will normally be complete between October and December.

Licensed Child Care Center audits will be complete between October and January.
