Jasper County Reserve Deputy Howard Holdefer | Memorial Bridge Dedication Ceremony

Jasper County Sheriff John Halferty and the Jasper County Board of Supervisors have approved the renaming of the Hwy F-62 Bridge west of Reasnor. This bridge will now be known as the Howard Holdefer Memorial Bridge, in memory of Jasper County Reserve Deputy Howard Holdefer, who died in the line of duty on October 30th, 1973. The public is invited to attend the dedication ceremony, Monday, May 13, 2024, at 5pm. The ceremony will be held at the Reasnor City Park (South of the Reasnor Fire Department).
