Dental Lifeline Network's Donated Dental Services (DDS) program provides comprehensive dental care.
Applicants must have no means to afford dental care and must meet ONE of the following criteria:

- Permanently disabled
- Need medically necessary dental care

Elder Abuse
If you suspect elder abuse in Iowa, you can report it to Dependent Adult Protective Services at (800) 362-2178, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can also call 911 if someone is in immediate danger.

Dependent Adult Protective Services investigates reports of abuse, neglect, or exploitation of adults:
- 65 and older
- or 18 and older with a disability, who are dependent and do not reside in long-term care facilities.
To report suspected abuse in a long-term care facility, contact the Iowa Department of Inspections and Appeals Nursing Home and Home Health Complaint Hotline at 1-877-686-0027 or email hfd_complaint@dia.iowa.gov.

IMPACT Community Action Partnership
IMPACT Community Action Partnership reduces the barriers and burdens that families in poverty experience by increasing access to essential needs. Assistance may be available for food and personal hygiene, utilities (heat, water, and cooling), housing (rent, deposit, and mortgage), and emergency needs.
All services are available in the office, over the phone, and by a scheduled home visit. Several programs can also be accessed via online application, email, or postal mail. See our website or contact our team by phone or email to learn more.

AIR CONDITIONER/FAN PROGRAM | IMPACT COMMUNITY ACTION PARTNERSHIP
WINDOW AIR CONDITIONER or (ECAP) Emergency Cooling Program: Applications accepted June 1 - September 30 or until all units have been expended. Must meet income guidelines for the LIHEAP program, must provide a statement from a physician indicating medical need and must take Energy Wise class within 3 business days of application. Renters, allowed window unit only, will need a signed landlord approval statement. If the client rents and the landlord provides central air or a window unit it is the responsibility of the landlord to repair or replace. If the client rents and must provide their own window air conditioner they may be eligible. Household cannot have received an air conditioner from Impact in the previous seven years.

Retired & Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP)
Opportunities for volunteers aged 55 & over who are willing to share their experience, abilities, and skills for the betterment of their community and themselves. Volunteers have opportunities to be involved with the Heart Literacy Program helping elementary students with reading, providing transportation for citizens to vital appointments, the Tax Assistance Program helps eligible citizens prepare tax forms, warning siren monthly reporters, as well as additional opportunities with Jasper County Elderly Nutrition, Neal Smith Wildlife Refuge, and many more.

Immanuel Pathways PACE (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly)
Centers offer whole-person wellness for seniors qualifying for nursing home care yet still living in their home. Our centers offer enriching activities and friendships along with complete medical needs from primary physician services to physical therapies, dental appointments, wellness consultations and more. Participants can remain living independently for as long as possible and Medicaid qualifying individuals receive Pathways services at no cost.
