The program is for those that qualify. One must be low-income, Jasper County, Iowa residents, that need assistance applying for Social Security Disability, crisis funds to avoid utility disconnect or eviction (rent assistance), and a one time fill for certain medications.

Dental Lifeline Network's Donated Dental Services (DDS) program provides comprehensive dental care. 

Applicants must have no means to afford dental care and must meet ONE of the following criteria: 

• Over 65 years of age
• Permanently disabled
• Need medically necessary dental care

What to expect? 

• Volunteers provide comprehensive treatment to eligible patients 
• Volunteers do not provide emergency services
• Volunteers do not provide cosmetic treatment

P.I. provides community-based programs and supports for adults with intellectual disabilities. Services include 24-hour and hourly Home and Community-Based Services, Intermediate Care Facility for people with Intellectual Disabilities (ICF-ID), Supported Employment, and Day Habilitation.
